Her role at ClaimWizard includes running the RevOps team. Her newest professional endeavor is Wizard Events, where she gets to coach Public Adjusting businesses and entrepreneurs to become more efficient and profitable. The company routinely hosts training and destination events targeted to the Public Adjusting and First Party Claims industries.

Lynette YoungAs part of her prior corporate agency career, Lynette has worked with clients of all sizes ranging from Google, Twitter, Harlequin Publishing, and American Airlines to HVAC installers, an email marketing service provider, local appliance retailers, other agencies, corporate franchises, direct sales, and franchise corporations. After trading in cubicles for family life, she switched focus to working exclusively with small business owners.

Long known as a trailblazer in the online space, Lynette was not only one of the first podcasters to hit the “airwaves” in 2004 but one of the first women podcasters EVER. In the long-gone days of the social network Google+, she was one of the first people ever to reach one million followers and ended up with over 1.5M ‘friends’.

A lifelong Jersey Girl, Lynette moved her family and business to San Antonio, Texas, in 2017. She’s happily married to her business partner of 25+ years, and together they have two geek teen/adult kids and one energetic lazy Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
